Why did the Iranian's deny that they have received nuclear weapons making equipment now that the entire world knows that they have? A well respected gentleman named Charles Martel, has proof that Iran's denial is in question.
Saddam said he had nuclear weapons that he did not actually have and Iran says it doesn't have nuclear weapons equipment that it does have? Moral of the story is whatever they say; the opposite is actually true.
For instance; I do recall that Iran also claimed once it was not sending in insurgents to kill Iraqis or US Troops. In times of political crisis sometimes leaders have to lie, to protect their people. The Iranian officials have not lied to deceive the world about their intentions to give nuclear weapons to international terrorists to blow Israel off the map, they admit that.
The reason they have lied is to protect the 1 million man army and all the civilians in Iran if the US and the Allies have to go in and make good on the UN Resolutions. So, that's okay everyone knows it is a lie, but I think their intentions on lying are not to blame, it is a natural instinct to protect the regime and prevent loss of life from any possible collateral damage of course.
You know, deception is part of war, the great Persian Empire could never been built without that fact long ago, it is therefore part of the way. This is just the way things are done in the Middle East and so we just have to accept this as the way business is done. What did Ronald Reagan say about the Russians? Trust but Verify. For the Iranians it is "Don't Trust and Verify" and well we have done that. So, we know the truth, there are no secrets left to deny or hide now.
